At Hamadi’s Hair Studio, we are committed to providing a bespoke experience of surgical precision and quiet luxury. Our policies ensure that every guest receives the undivided attention and mastery they deserve.
- Arrival & Environment
Punctuality: Please plan to arrive early to ensure your service begins on time.
Neutral Scent Policy: Strong odors, including perfume, cologne, smoke, or marijuana, may result in your appointment being rescheduled at your expense. Please arrive scent-neutral.
- Fees & Payment
All appointments require prepayment at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Fees charged for missed appointments are non-transferable and cannot be applied as credit toward future services.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a charge of 100% of the scheduled service under our 24-Hour Cancellation Policy.
- Walk-ins
Prefer to pay in person? We welcome walk-ins — simply come in, and we’ll be happy to serve you based on barber availability. Walk-in payments are accepted in cash or card.
- The 24-Hour Protocol
Cancellations or reschedules to a later time made within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service cost. No exceptions.
- Late Arrivals
Arriving 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time is considered a missed appointment and will be charged in full.
- 2-Week Maintenance Shape-Up (Add-On Only)
Available only with a Haircut and/or Beard service and not as a standalone service. Valid for 14 days from your original appointment and expires after 14 days.
Walk-in only with the same barber. Service is based on availability.
Clients must check their barber’s live availability on the booking platform and arrive within open time slots, not at closing or last minute.
